  • Set fees - no surprises (unless you request work outside of the initial agreement)

  • A component is 'opportunity management' - sometimes opportunitites arise which aren't in the budget, which you or your clients might want to act upon as quickly as possible, but which you want to include in the set price
  • Basic marketing plan - this forms part of the agreement - it outlines the service levels and components
